Roskilde Festival/Musicon

Musicon is Roskilde's new creative urban area, which lies in the southern part of Roskilde and spreads over 250,000m2. When the area is completed, it will be a district with more than 2,000 jobs and with room for 650 families and youth housing. Roskilde Festival is Denmark's most significant music event. The festival already uses a number of the halls at Musicon and is planning to build their new headquarters on Musicon grounds..

Musicon and Roskilde Festival share the wind turbine project from Energilegeplads.dk. The wind turbines are set up on Musicon's area, where they are part of the digital playground, PIXLPARK. The turbines are taken down in connection with Roskilde Festival and Roskilde Dyrskue, and re-erected in PIXLPARK when the festival and animal show are over. The mobile foundation blocks make it easy to move the turbines between the areas.

EnergiLeg's WindMills are mobile, and can therefore easily be used in several contexts, and taken down as needed.
